Fairfield Grounds Maintenance Contract 2027-2030
Castle Cary Town Council and Ansford Parish Council are inviting tenders for the maintenance of Fairfield Recreation Ground, Churchfield Drive, Castle Cary.
The contract will commence on 1 April 2027 and will be awarded for a period of three years.

Tenderers are invited to submit:
- An annual contract price.
- The total contract value for the three-year term.
- Rates for additional grass cutting and other works.
- Details of relevant experience.
- Insurance details and supporting documentation.
- Contact details for at least two references.
Site visits can be arranged by appointment.
Tender deadline: 12 noon on 1 December 2026

Postal submissions may be accepted by prior arrangement and should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Fairfield Grounds Maintenance Tender”.
